Our concept is to create fine, high quality desserts that taste delicious as well as look beautiful. We are delighted when our customers use our cakes and pastries to make birthdays, weddings, celebrations, holidays or even everyday family gatherings extra special.

Marc Randolph and I, along with co-owner Cynthia McLachlan, opened the pastry shop with a small staff on November 23, 1988. Since then, we have grown into a busy retail and wholesale operation. Our kitchen is located on the premises underneath Arrowwine and our retail space. We are a family owned and operated business. You will often find us working here along with many of our dedicated staff. Even my mom, sister, niece and four children pitch in and help during the holidays.

We produce a full line of bakery goods daily, made from scratch and without preservatives. Our desserts are only made with the best of ingredients - such as imported chocolate, butter and real whipped cream; you will easily taste the difference.
