We typically have a variety of these cakes available in our store daily. However, we recommend placing an order at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Please note that presentation may vary with larger cake sizes and certain decorations.
Do specialty cakes need to be refrigerated?
Yes! All of our specialty cakes should be refrigerated until serving. Our specialty cakes have a short-shelf life so leftovers should be immediately refrigerated and consumed within 1-2 days.
How many layers of cake and filling are inside?
All of our specialty cakes have three layers of cake with their chosen filling. However, our carrot cake is an exception this cake is just one layer of cake.
How do I know what size of cake to purchase?
We recommend cake sizes based on your umber of servings needed. Having an approximate guest count will help us determine which cake to purchase. However, some of our specialty cakes only come in certain sizes so please be sure to verify with one of our staff members.

Must specialty cakes be ordered in advanced?
We do have a variety of our 8″ specialty cakes available in our store daily. If you would like a cake larger than 8″ (if possible) it must be ordered in advance. We recommend ordering cakes at least two days in advance to guarantee availability.
Are you a nut-free kitchen?
We are not a nut-free kitchen as many of our products do contain nuts. We cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
If I order a cake when do I need to pay for it?
We require full payment to place an order. Payment methods include cash, check, or credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note: if you placed an order and payment has not been received your order will not be processed.
Can I cancel or make changes to my cake order?
Yes, you may make changes or cancel your order with at least two day’s notice. In order to receive a refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance. We are sorry, but no refunds will be given if you cancel within 48 hours of pickup time or if you forget to pick up your order. Please verify our store hours for your pickup day as our hours vary daily and may change during holiday times!
